Terms of reference
To supervise the management and investment of the Fund.
To develop the procedures for inviting applications
for health projects, preventive care, research or other
related activities and the criteria for vetting them.
To approve applications and allocate funds for health
promotion projects, preventive care, research or other
related activities.
To monitor the progress and evaluate the outcome of
approved health promotion projects, preventive care, research
or other related activities.
On the recommendation of Chief Executive, Hospital
Authority and Director of Health, to consider providing
financial support for patients in need to receive treatment
that is not available in Hong Kong.
