The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSARG) aims to increase the overall capacity of the healthcare system of Hong Kong and facilitate the development of the medical industry through the promotion of private hospital development.

HKSARG invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from all interested parties to develop private hospitals at sites at Wong Chuk Hang, Tseung Kwan O, Tai Po and Lantau of Hong Kong. Information, ideas and suggestions received through the EOI exercise may be used to determine the development models and service requirements of the hospitals to be developed at the aforementioned sites.

The EOI exercise is conducted on a non-committal basis and does not form part of the process for acquiring the sites by interested parties. It will close at 5.00pm on 31 March 2010 Hong Kong Time (GMT +8 hours).
