Submitting Reports

The submission of progress, final and dissemination reports enables the Health Care and Promotion Fund Committee to:

• Assess whether the work was carried out in accordance with the approved proposal
• Maintain a track record of applicants' compliance with the standard conditions of the HCPF grants
• Evaluate the quality of the non-research health promotion projects
• Quantify output of non-research health promotion projects
• Provide public access to findings

The principal applicant and administering institution are obliged to comply with the Conditions for use of the HCPF non-research Promotion Project Grants. Failure to provide the required reports may result in withdrawal of financial support and impede future grant applications.
