Submission

Non-Research Health Promotion Projects

Applicants are required to complete the electronic forms. Only applications submitted on the standard forms will be processed. Please refer to the Guidance Notes - Grant Application for Non-Research Health Promotion Projects (PDF file) for details. Incomplete applications will not be processed and may result in withdrawal.

Applicants are required to submit a complete application package to the Research Fund Secretariat by the closing date for receipt of applications. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

The application package should contain:

  • The original signed Application Form (Word file)
  • 4 photocopies of Application Form, double-sided
  • One soft copy (CD ROM, MS Word (PC) format) of the Application Form; one soft copy (PDF format) of the Application Form together with additional information (if any) in one single file
ATTENTION:
  1. Before completing the application form, please read carefully the "Guidance Notes - Grant Application for Non-Research Health Promotion Projects". Applications will not be considered if the information supplied by the applicants is incomplete or inaccurate. The Government reserves the right to request additional documents and information when processing the applications.
  2. The summary of the submitted application with the status of project will be made available for public access once approval is given.
  3. The application form should be typed in font size of 11 pt. or above. Additional sheets (A4 size only) may be attached if necessary.

Resubmission

If you choose to resubmit your application, please ensure that your resubmission package contains the following:

  • 3 photocopies and 1 soft copy (MS Word (PC) format) of a letter responding to each of the comments of the Promotion Sub-committee in a structured and consistent manner (see Sample Response Letter);
  • a revised and signed Application Form
  • 4 photocopies of Application Form, double-sided; and
  • One soft copy (CD-ROM, MS Word (PC) format) of the Application Form

Seed Funding Scheme
