Exhibition on Mental Health at Hong Kong Central Library

Members of the public can enrich their knowledge of mental health by visiting the "Mental Health in the Family" Exhibition at the Hong Kong Central Library on October 7 and 8.

Visitors will be treated to a wide spectrum of informative display panels on mental health such as psychological well-being, the value of lives, stress management and men's health programme. Video shows on mental health and online games are available.

Also on display are entries to the Goodwill Card Design Competition of the Mental Health Month from primary and secondary students who express their concept of happy families through their card design. In addition, leaflets on Mental Health in the Family will be given out at the exhibition.

The exhibition will be open to the public from 3 pm to 8 pm on October 7 and 9 am to 6 pm on October 8 at the Exhibition Gallery of the Hong Kong Central Library. Admission is free.

Souvenirs disseminating the message of Mental Health in the Family will be distributed to visitors on a first-come first-served basis.

Aimed at promoting public awareness on mental health, the "Mental Health in the Family" Exhibition is one of the highlighted programmes under the Mental Health Month co-organised by the Health, Welfare and Food Bureau, various government departments and non-governmental organisations.
