Re-appointments to the Hospital Authority

The Government announced today (March 13) the re-appointment of four serving members to the Hospital Authority for a two-year term with effect from April 1, 2009.

The four members are Prof Lai Kar-neng, Mr Lawrence Lee Kam-hung, Mr Peter Lo Chi-lik and Mr Charles Peter Mok.

The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow, thanked all the members for their advice and contributions to the Hospital Authority in the past term.

The Hospital Authority comprises a chairman, 21 non-official members, three public officers and one principal officer from the Hospital Authority.
