Tama Reien was built by Tokyo Metropolitan Government, while Kannai Ryokuen is a privately operated multi-storey columbarium which is installed with automatic urn conveyance system and Internet-based praying system.

On Saturday morning (November 28) Dr Chow will go to Tsukiji Fish Market to learn how the market handles food hygiene and safety issues.
